MASTER YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH CHALLENGES BY DISSOLVING WHY & HOW THEY TRIGGER YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE
LISTEN, I GET IT.
You're an accomplished, highly-sensitive and/or kindhearted leader who has achieved remarkable success in your field, yet despite your skills, you find yourself either shutting down or overworking when faced with increasingly complex challenges.
Even though you know you're smart and capable, when triggers arise, you can't help but question your effectiveness (and second-guess yourself)
You've spoken up, you've landed the role you wanted, and while you're confident in your expertise, you feel your power eroding when faced with situations you can't control.
You want to create true change and make a meaningful difference, but you recognize that getting results requires more than just working harder or using better coping strategies.
Let's get real for a moment
As a successful, visionary leader, you've mastered the art of pushing through challenges. You excel at finding solutions and making things happen.
But getting triggered and reacting is another story.
Despite your best efforts to manage triggers better, develop more resilience, or become "untriggerable," you find yourself caught in cycles of overwork, (internal or external) reactivity, and/or stuckness.
And yet...you know you're meant to navigate this complex and chaotic terrain with greater sophistication. You know there must be a better way to navigate these increasingly demanding challenges. You know that within you is the capacity to lead from a place of sovereign presence rather than reactive compensation.
The truth is that every time you get derailed by problems, you spend hours replaying the situation or mitigating potential or real negative consequences, wondering if you're really cut out for this level of impact. You likely overthink or spin your wheels for longer than you would like to admit.
And I bet that to fix this, you've tried to push yourself harder, or to have yet another conversation to see if you can get better results. Maybe you even try to practice what you'll say before walking into challenging situations. Or perhaps you've been working more, taking on more responsibility, and giving 150% hoping that will solve the problem.
And yet you find yourself in exactly the same place - exhausted and frustrated by how situations keep derailing you - and honestly a little burned out by how much work this is taking.
The truth is that the reason you aren't able to get the impact you want is that you've been focusing on appeasement- or achievement-based responses instead of developing what I call Co-Creative Wisdom™.
You see, you believe that you have to achieve your way through challenges...so much so that you are often times trying to convince even yourself that you just need to work harder.
This is what I call the High Achiever's Historic Bind (or Stress-Driven Patterns) - the harder you work externally and the more you try to fix things on the outside, the more it triggers your unresolved internalized patterns that tell you to work harder, be better, and achieve more to be worthy.
This leads you to either shut down or overwork even more, while not adequately addressing the external or deeper internal issues, making you less effective in the face of challenges, not more. You're trying to externally achieve your way out of internalized patterns that were installed through systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma - patterns that no amount of individual achievement can resolve.
That's why I help my clients develop Co-Creative Wisdom™ through my SHEMA Process™. This is a revolutionary, highly-efficient, and lasting approach that helps ambitious leaders stop overworking and reacting by dissolving triggers at their source, so they can access their natural insight and drive sustainable, meaningful change.
Through this process, you learn to dissolve triggers rather than just manage them better, access and leverage your innate strategic insight rather than push harder, and create meaningful change from a place of sovereign presence rather than reactive or stress-driven compensation.
