There are many diversity professionals out there. Here’s what sets me apart:

  • Clients often comment how much they love to work with me because of my fun, non-judgmental, compassionate approach to working with everyone I encounter.

  • My coaching and trainings are always no-shame zones. At the time same time, I regularly model self-compassionate, but accountable apologies and course-correction when needed.

  • My knowledge within the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion field is extensive and deep. I can provide direction around almost any question or topic people want support and guidance around.

  • I have extensive experience with continually adapting and honing my offerings for almost 20 years. I read at least one book a week, debrief every session, and as a result, am always tweaking and strengthening my material.

  • I have invested almost 10 years in trauma-informed counselor training (providing and receiving), and therefore, I have an immense amount of patience and compassion, even in the most challenging of situations. There’s almost no question that’s off-limits in my sessions. I’m well-equipped to address all with calm, skill, and insight.

  • My life journey has included an abnormally large amount of in-depth intercultural experiences (in terms of race, class, US regions, Jewish denominations, international travel, professional experiences, etc.) that exponentially increased my cultural capital and intercultural competence. You can drop me into almost any circumstance or crowd, and I’ll get by just fine…and probably make a few friends!

Did I miss anything? I’m happy to answer any questions you
and look
forward to being in touch! Thank you!
